logic of some videogames is similar to the logic of managing
a company. In fact, videogames players like firm managers
must face several external conditions (typical
of firms enviroment as well) that are not
fully knowledgeable ex ante. Both quick reactions and smart
insights of proactiveness are necessary in order to manage these
situations. For this reason I think that, before reading a
management book, analysing a firm case study or planning a
corporate strategy, a quick game to one of these prehistoric videogames
listed below could be useful in order to open your mind...
